Vegan Rice Krispie Treats

These vegan rice krispie treats are made with only five ingredients. The layer of chocolate on top makes them the perfect treat!

brown rice crisp cereal almond or peanut butter brown rice syrup chocolate chips coconut oil

Ingredients

Melt together the brown rice syrup and nut butter, then mix with the crisp rice cereal.

1. Make Rice Mixture

Press rice mixture into a square dish.

2. Add to a Dish

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Pour over rice krispie treats. Chill before cutting into squares.

3. Top With Chocolate
